for 39 years. Mr. Delaney is a registered broker-dealer
with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and his
company, J.V. Delaney
& Associates, is a member firm of the National
Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD).His firm, J.V. Delaney & Associates, was formed to originate and fund private placements and to advise financial services firms. The Travelers Inc. was its first advisory client with respect to due diligence procedures and marketing of investment products. The Travelers is one of the largest financial services/insurance companies in the world a part of Citigroup.
Prior to this, Mr. Delaney was Corporate Vice President of Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York where he had co-responsibility for all sales, marketing and due diligence of the firm's tax advantaged and direct investment business. Under his leadership, sales increased from $10 million to $200 million. Prior to that he was Vice President of Marketing for Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley).
Joseph V. Delaney has shared co-responsibility while at Dean Witter Reynolds and Drexel Burnham Lambert for introducing and successfully marketing the real estate investment products of Public Storage Properties, JMB Real Estate, National Housing Partners, Lepercq De Neuflize Realty, and Winthrop Financial to Wall Street.
Joseph V. Delaney serves on the SIA Int'l Trade & Investment Policy, Small Firms, Membership and Investment Adviser Committees.
